Chef Zu specializes in transitional Plant Based Soul Food & Farm-to-Table Cuisine. He is also an “Urban Agriculturalist” as well as a “Holistic Nutritionist” who lectures as well as facilitates community workshops, live demonstrations and cooking classes. Chef Zu of Kings Apron has formulated a totally plant based cookbook which highlights some of our most innovated vegan, gluten free & raw food recipes. “The cookbook also focuses on dishes that help with healthy detoxification as well as pineal gland decalcification and melanin production” and is due to release early 2018.
